The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. In particular, all of the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

My stay in Hiroshima was very nice. But this hotel and the staff changed the stay from nice to excellent. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. They made dinner reservations and recommended restaurants. I had a personalized sake tasting from the staff (¥1000). And generally, they were always there to greet me and guide me cheerfully. The room was very clean and very comfortable. I had a Riverview room with a balcony. The hotel was about a 10 to 12 minute walk from Hiroshima station, but there were many excellent places to eat along the way. It’s close to the baseball stadium.

8.4/10 Very Good! (578 reviews)

"A well-run business hotel with an onsite cafe where the breakfast is served. The single room was small, but I had a view of the castle in the distance. The breakfast was good. You can choose different types of pillows, and there is free coffee in the lobby. 3 minutes from the train station, plenty ..."

9/10 Wonderful! (1,009 reviews)

"We used this hotel as a base for cycling in the area. The bike racks in the lobby are great and safe to use. The staff could not do enough to help us and the breakfast was great and had plenty of choice."
